Lemon Cheesecake {low sugar}

This is my new favorite Spring and Summer dessert! My friend shared this with me because it's a low sugar treat and really easy to make.

What you Need:
8 oz. cream cheese {softened}
1 tub of cool whip {sugar free}
1 grapham cracker crust {this has the sugar in it}
1 package of on-the-go Crystal Light package

Mix the cream cheese and crystal light mix until completely blended {you won't see yellow anymore}.

Add all the cool whip except 1/3 of the tub.
At this point you can create a beautiful pie if you want by adding food coloring. I made this one for Easter for my kids.

Simply spread the entire mixture into the pie crust.

Color the remaining cool whip and spread on top of the pie
