Hoo are You?

NightOwlCrafting

Night Owl Crafting has a 'Hoo are You'{how crative!} where questions are asked so we can find out more about each other. Here are the Questions and my Answers!

1. Name two things you consider yourself to be very good at.
Showing love my kids and being a best friend {to my husband}
{even though I have tons of room to grow in both areas}

2. Name two things you consider yourself to be very bad at.
1-Finding time to do everything I want to do
{working on this}
2-Remembering to take off my nail polish
{urg… I’m the gal that normally has chipped polish}

3. Do you believe everything happens for a reason?
AbSoLuTeLy  If I didn’t then I would be miserable, hopeless, confused and scared {at all times}. God promises in Rms 8:28 that not only does everything happen for a reason… but, for a GOOD reason, for those who are Christians. Wow, if I didn’t believe that then I would definitely throw in the towel when ‘seemingly bad things’ happened to me!

4. What is something you have eaten lately that you shouldn't have?
Sausage hot-dogs in the morning… I know they are super fattening but, they are so yummy!

5. Do you think the time should change or leave it alone?
I enjoy the time change… I struggle with going to bed at a decent hour so the darkness early on at night makes me sleepy and want to snuggle in my fleece sheets!

YOUR TURN: Please answer at least one question in the comment section {it only takes a few second and I love to learn about all you lovelies} Pin It Now!

  1. I have mixed feelings about the time change--I like it because I am now getting back into my morning gym routine, but I don't because I'm a photographer and it gets dark at around the time everyone can get off work and have time to get family pictures taken!

  3. Do we ever really have the time to do everything on our list? Let's hope one day I will master the "balance" of this so-called life.

    I love the extra hour of sleep, but have to admit HATE that it's dark @ 5 p.m. here. I grew up in Indiana, where we didn't do DST, and now am in Illinois, where it's just...gross to be dark for so long. I want to get in my bed, but oh...the mountain of laundry that's already piled up from my early to bed antics. :-)

    PS - I LOVE your blog. I long to glorify God in my homemaking, though I've got a long way to go. I'm TOTALLY new at this...an insta-mom to a 4 year old. Anyway - thanks.

  4. I am answering(# 3) Do you believe everything happens for a reason?

    Absolutely! Her are a couple verses I base that on.

    Ps 40:5 Many, O LORD my God, are thy wonderful works which thou hast done, and thy thoughts which are to us-ward: they cannot be reckoned up in order unto thee: if I would declare and speak of them, they are more than can be numbered

    Rom 8: 28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
